All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. For any items that are on backorder, we will notify you via email or telephone and will be shipped as soon as the items are available.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information from UPS. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight and shipping method. Free shipping on all orders over $100. We can not ship to P.O. boxes.

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt; in it’s original condition, for complete refund, less shipping charges. We do not charge any restocking fees. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 5 days and we will send a replacement or issue a credit. Please keep all original packing material.

As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. You may insure your return, as WindArt is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
